SpeedSize Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our services. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”), the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") and the California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA") and other applicable data protection laws.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By accessing our website or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM WEBSITE VISITORS
1.1 Personal Data. We do not collect, transfer, or store personal data from visitors to our website, except as described in the Cookies section below.
1.2 Non-Personal Data. We may automatically collect certain non-personally identifiable information about your visit to our website, including browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and pages viewed, for analytical purposes.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM CUSTOMERS
2.1 Digital Content. When you use our compression and delivery services, we process digital content you provide, including web pages, images, video files, and other media files in various formats ("Customer Content").
2.2 Anonymization Process. All public images and videos received from customers are immediately anonymized. We rename all files and do not store any metadata or information that could identify the origin of the file, unless such information is embedded within the file itself. Each media file receives a unique hash identifier generated based on the file’s pixel structure and file data, which is used to verify and identify the file during optimization processes.
2.3 Access to Customer Content. When a visitor accesses Customer Content that has been optimized by us, we do not store any identifying information from visitors including IP addresses, device identifiers, location data, or browsing patterns. Our content delivery process is designed to respect visitor privacy while delivering optimized media files efficiently. We process requests solely for the purpose of serving the requested content and do not create visitor profiles, track individual users across sessions, or retain logs that could be used to identify specific visitors. Any technical data processed during content delivery (such as cache headers or request metadata) is used only for immediate delivery purposes and is not retained beyond what is necessary for standard CDN operations and aggregate performance analytics.
2.4 Account Information. We collect business contact information you provide when registering for our services, including your name, email address, company name, and billing information.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
3.1 Customer Content Use. Customer Content will:
(a) Only be used to provide our compression and delivery services;
(b) Not be disclosed to any third party except as required to provide the services or as required by law;
(c) Be retained in confidence, kept securely, and protected against unauthorized access in an anonymized manner within our closed AWS ecosystem architecture based on independent micro-services following international cybersecurity standards; and
(d) Be used for support, and on any anonymized basis, for internal quality assurance and ongoing improvement of our technology.
3.2 Quality Assurance. We utilize our proprietary Psychovisual Compression Index (PVCI) technology to analyze each image based on its content and over 90 metrics to ensure optimized files do not differ visually from originals and to prevent unauthorized image replacement by potential attackers. We only deliver visually equivalent AI-optimized media files.
4. DATA SECURITY
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure.
4.1 Infrastructure Security. Our services utilize a multi-layer secure, performant, durable, scalable, and reliable architecture deployed on Amazon Web Services (AWS). We use AWS CloudFront as our edge CDN to serve static media files, providing both network and application-level protection.
4.2 Security Features. Our infrastructure includes:
(a) Active traffic monitoring with network flow monitoring;
(b) Automatic always-on detection and attack mitigation;
(c) Protection from common DDoS attacks (including SYN floods, ACK floods, UDP floods, and reflection attacks);
(d) Automatically scalable microservice queue-based architecture;
(e) Enhanced CloudFront capabilities to handle high-volume traffic.
4.3 Security Audits. Our systems are regularly reviewed by AWS Solutions Architects for best practices in architecture, reliability, and cybersecurity.
4.4 Data Storage. All confidential information is stored on computer servers in controlled, secure environments, protected from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
