What is Clear CDN Cache?
The Clear CDN Cache feature in the SpeedSize Console allows you to remove cached versions of specific media files from the CDN. This ensures that the most recent and optimized version of your image or video is delivered to your users.
This functionality is especially useful in the following scenarios:
- An image appears broken or outdated due to a stale cached version on the CDN.
- A new image was uploaded with the same filename or URL, but the old image is still being displayed.
Note: If you need to update a file but want to keep the same base filename, we strongly recommend appending a versioning query string (e.g., ?v=2) to the URL. This helps bypass caching issues not only on the CDN but also in the user’s browser, which we cannot control.
How to Clear CDN Cache

- In the left-hand menu, click Clear CDN Cache.
- In the input field, paste the full URL(s) of the media files you’d like to clear, including the SpeedSize prefix (e.g., https://aicdn.speedsize.com/...). You can enter multiple URLs at once, one per line.
